Many Samsung and LG Smart TVs can run an IPTV player app directly, so you do not need any extra hardware. This guide covers installing a player, activating your subscription and fixing common problems. Menu names vary by model and year.
IPTV subscription for Smart TV: IPTV Subscribe plans work on Samsung, LG and other Smart TVs with a compatible player app. Plans start at €25 with one device included. Compare IPTV subscription plans, then order on WhatsApp and tell us your device.

What you need
- A Smart TV connected to the internet (wired Ethernet is the most stable).
- WhatsApp, to order and to get setup help from us.
- A compatible IPTV player app. We most often recommend IBO Player Pro or IBO Player, where available for your device. Other compatible apps may also work.
Install a player app
Samsung (Tizen)
Press Home on the remote, open Apps, choose the search icon and type the app name. Select it and choose Install.
LG (webOS)
Press Home, open the LG Content Store (called Apps on newer models), search for the app and choose Install.
Other brands
TVs with Google TV or Android TV use the Google Play Store; follow the Android guide. If your TV’s store does not offer a supported player, a streaming stick such as a Fire TV Stick or an Apple TV is the simplest way to add one.
Get set up and activated
You do not need to configure anything technical yourself. Tell us which device you use when you order on WhatsApp, and we guide you through setup and activate your subscription for you.
- Choose a plan and tap Order Now.
- Tell us which device you use in your WhatsApp message.
- Complete your payment using the instructions we send you.
- We guide you through setup and activate your subscription. Activation within 15 minutes after payment confirmation.
We recommend IBO Player Pro and IBO Player. Other compatible apps may also work, depending on your device, but we cannot guarantee that every app works on every device. If you would like to use a different app, ask us on WhatsApp.
One device per plan. Tell us the device you will watch on, and we set up your subscription for that device.
Tips for smooth playback
- Keep the TV’s software up to date from its settings menu.
- Use a network cable if the router is nearby; Smart TV Wi-Fi is often weaker than a phone’s.
- Restart the TV fully (unplug it for 30 seconds) if apps become slow.
Troubleshooting
The app shows no content after setup
Close the app completely and open it again. If the problem continues, contact support on WhatsApp with your device type and what you see on screen. Customer support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (24/7).
The picture buffers or freezes
- Run a speed test on the same network and restart your router.
- Use a wired Ethernet connection, or move closer to the router.
- Pause large downloads and other streams on the same connection.
- Choose a lower quality setting in the player if it offers one.
The content list is empty or will not load
Close the app completely, open it again and wait for the list to finish loading. If it still does not appear, contact support on WhatsApp with your device type and the message you see.
The app is not in my TV’s store
App availability depends on the TV model, its age and the country it is set to. A streaming stick is the most reliable fix; see the device guides.
